AERO understands and agrees with the necessity for environmental regulation. The mission of AERO includes supporting the goals of responsible government oversight, protecting our environment and keeping the American people safe from health risks.

Our member companies are dedicated to transparency throughout the regulatory process, providing citizens with the information they need to avoid risk, and providing government representatives with the full background and research on each situation to help them make informed decisions.

This is an important partnership, and we appreciate the work of the government on this critical issue. Yet this does not mean that government alone has the responsibility to act.

AERO believes that industry and government both have important roles to play in ensuring environmental regulation and responsibility.
